'Boot camp Day 13 and today we are hitting a full Lat and Back Workout at home and the legs. A back workout and leg workout is not for all , but for some muscle groups that people struggle with or struggle to motivate themselves to do So today , we are combining them. trying to make it a little more fun. A routine that we can power through and get it out of the way. Trust me it will be all worth it and your body will thank you for it No Cardio today as we are just focusing on these two main muscle groups with back to back supersets, which means you can really look up those weights and go heavier and make this an even tougher workout So for certain exercises like Goblet squats , figure 8 lunges and bent over rows , try and really bump up the weight there if possible to really work those muscles For the other exercises like the horizontal lat pull and high pulls , you won\'t be going as heavy in those , especially the horizontal pull. GO light and do it right with this one as it doesn\'t take much weight at all Keep your feedback and comments coming.
